The Academic Turkish Programme is a specialised language development programme designed for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students as well as researchers who wish to use Turkish effectively in advanced academic and professional contexts.
Unlike general language instruction, the programme focuses on integrating Turkish into academic production processes. Each session consists of 60-minute live lessons, during which participants engage in academic text analysis, research paper review, and scholarly writing practice.
However, the learning process is not limited to classroom time. Students’ written assignments, essays, and academic texts are thoroughly reviewed outside of lessons, and personalised academic feedback is provided. This creates a continuous academic support system that closely monitors each participant’s development.
The programme is tailored to the participant’s field of study and is particularly focused on enhancing academic writing and critical thinking skills through the Turkish language.

The content of the programme is flexibly structured according to the participant’s needs. If desired, it can be tailored to focus exclusively on academic writing skills or academic spoken communication skills.

Participants are generally expected to have at least an upper-intermediate to advanced level of Turkish (B2–C1). The programme focuses not on general language acquisition, but on the development of academic Turkish production and usage skills.

During the programme, participants work with texts relevant to their academic field in order to develop their academic vocabulary and strengthen their language competence in context.
The programme includes the following activities:
- Reading and analysing academic articles and texts
- Preparing written assignments and academic essays
- Developing academic vocabulary and terminology
- In-class review of written assignments and detailed academic feedback
By the end of the programme, participants achieve a high level of competence in academic correspondence, essay writing, and presentation skills.
Within the Academic Turkish Programme, purchased hour packages (10, 20, or 40 hours) are delivered through two distinct instructional models, depending on the participant’s goals and study intensity.

Academic Turkish Programme Fees
The Academic Turkish Programme is a specialised academic Turkish training programme designed for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students as well as researchers who wish to use Turkish effectively in advanced academic and professional contexts.
1. Programme Packages (Core Offering)
- 10 hours: 750 €
- 20 hours: 1,400 €
- 40 hours: 2,600 €
These packages represent the most comprehensive option for systematically developing academic writing, reading, and production skills.
2. One-to-One Academic Sessions (Flexible Option)
One-to-one sessions are designed for participants who prefer flexible progression or who are not enrolled in a package programme.
60-minute session fee: 80 €
This model is particularly suitable for participants with intensive academic schedules, offering personalised progression and in-depth feedback.
3. Academic Group Sessions (Seminar Model)
Group sessions are conducted in a small-scale academic seminar format, combining academic discussion with written production practice.
- 60 minutes: 40 € per participant
- Group size: maximum 3–4 participants
This model provides an academic environment similar to university-level interaction and collaborative production.
